An Oasis
Truly an oasis in the armpit of Houston. Extremely well kept, and well managed by Bill and Nanette! Delightful and knowledgeable folk. Close to upscale areas of Sugar Land, and not too far from the Galleria and Westheimer fine eateries. "Around the corner" from PPL Motorhomes for those folk who purchase there, and then need an overnight or two close by in order to familiarize themselves with their new unit. Passport America rate: $25.00.

Sewer hook ups not to code
Standard sewer hook up won't work here so you have to buy part from front office($15). Noisy at night and expensive.
