Wouldn't Stay Again
Bathrooms were filthy; no privacy; ash trays in the commodes; smoke smell. Very tight, cramped spots for campers. A lot of road noise. The manager was friendly, but that's about the only positive of this place.
Wish the Owners were open to repairs
My husband and I were at this park for almost a year. The management is awesome, the residents are super friendly and helpful and the price is right! If your vehicle is self contained, then once you are parked all is well.
But I do wish the owners were open to repairs, it seems like if they cared at all, the roads could be repaired or at least graveled and the showers and bathrooms could be updated.
The management does all it can to keep the park a good place to live. I always felt safe there and seldom locked my doors.
I would definitely recommend this park to anyone needing to be south of Dallas, and not needing the amenities.

We have stayed here multiple times. Managers are great and try to improve park when owner allows them to. Nice for long term travel assignments.
