Owner Notes
The park has just undergone major changes that include new managers, new office, new bathrooms and laundry facilities. We are located in Sanger, TX, just off N.I-35 (exit 479)between Denton and Gainsville. Ray Roberts State Park is just minutes away and we are approximately 45 minutes away from Dallas/Ft. Worth, home of the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, Dallas Mavericks and Texas Motor Speedway. Major shopping can be done in Denton and Gainsville. Winstar World Casino is approximately 30 miles to the north, just across the Red River. Come and enjoy what our community can provide for you and your family. We offer nightly rates as well as weekly and extended stays.
Additional Pet Information:
We welcome well-behaved pets. Our only requirements are that your pets be current on their vaccinations, that your pets be kept on a leash when not in your trailer and that you clean up after your pets.
