Nice. Low cost
All spaces concrete.
No cable. Not an issue.
Reasonable price.
My RV needs repair. Plan on calling dealer next door Monday am to see if they can squeeze me in.

Excellent!
This is a small park with paved roads and concrete sites. It was very clean and well-maintained and quiet. We stayed here about a week and would definitely return. No, there is no cable TV and you have to take your trash to the dumpster, but it's a short walk and we certainly can live w/o cable. We were quite comfortable here.

Concrete and nicely laid out. No cable and no trash pickup. Good Sam but no shade.
