Great place for all

AP 18, 19, 20, 2018......close to Waco pts of interest. I35 is conveniently next to the park. Shaded lots... Concrete pads... Great host. Easy to reach Magnolia attractions within 15 min. We traveled from PA to see Waco..... We saw it and enjoyed it.

Most Unique...

One of the most unique RV parks we have stayed at in our 20 years of traveling. Clean, spaces are large, shade is great. Mark, owner/manager is a hoot. We'll return...

Feels Like Home

We live full-time in our RV and are staying at North Crest. We’ve been here a little over 3 months now and absolutely LOVE it. Park Mark, the owner and manager, has a heart of gold and works hard to keep his park well maintained and secure. This is the best park we’ve ever stayed at that keeps a marvelous balance between the full-timers and the short-term customers.

As far as full-time residents go, this park caters to people who have to move frequently for their jobs and to retired folks. Mark requires that the RVs that live here be clean, neat, and cared for (i.e., 10-year old rule). The park is quiet and friendly. No children live here, even though they are welcome guests during the summer, holidays, and weekends... very nice for grandparents. This park is the perfect environment for us.

The sites are shady with incredibly huge level concrete pads for your coach, your vehicles, and a provided picnic table and BBQ grille. The free cable TV (Mark provides the required box for free) is piped directly in via Time Warner Cable and is of extremely high quality. The free wi-fi internet is also one of the best we’ve ever experienced at an RV park. And our Verizon 4G/LTE signal is very strong.

The people who stay at Mark’s park are important to him. He eats, sleeps, and breathes this park and he’s involved in every aspect. He is always here, doing something to care for, or improve, the park and help its residents.

Better For A Long Stay

The owner is VERY helpful and friendly. He works hard to make your stay as good as possible. The park is smaller, but pretty well maintained. The only issue is the large number of local workers who camp there semi-permanently. Many of them smoke outside their rigs, which means you may have to close your windows if you don't smoke yourself.

1 night stay on way to north Texas

Mark the owner was very friendly & accommodating. He drove my husband around in his golf cart to select a site. The sites are large, concrete & level for the most part. The sites have water, electric, sewer & cable.( that is if you have a "box"). The park is just off 35, so, easy off , easy on.
The park has many trees, which in this summer heat is a definite plus! It appears to be what they call a " work camp"

About North Crest RV Park

The park is enchanting! Tall trees, lots of shade, and lots of green. Clean all over. No trash or debris anywhere. Yes, it is very close to I-35 and the traffic noise is constant, but if one can overcome this minor disturbance, it is a wonderful park to stay in. Two very spacious and accommodating bathrooms, with safety bars, hot water, a/c, even literature! One of the two has a wheelchair ramp. The laundry area is clean and organized, and the washers and dryers actually work! Unlike other parks that I've visited, where it takes two or maybe even three times of feeding money onto the dryer to end up with somewhat warm clothes, the ones in this park are in top working shape. Electricity, water, and sewer access without any trouble. The park manager greeted us upon arrival. I'm new at towing a 19-ft trailer and find it challenging to back up into my space, so I asked the park manager for help and he actually parked my trailer in less than three minutes (it would have taken me a whole lot longer than that!!!!). He provided us with colorful brochures that guided us towards the local attractions.
