We own the place
We were the only campers there after a heavy rain. We were there to visit relatives in Winters, only 6 miles away. Nice fishing pier, lovely quiet environment and view. Good gravel road, large sites with covered picnic tables and trash cans at each site. No trees at the sites but trees in the area.
