Rock and Roll

Nice campground near Cleveland, about 45 minutes from downtown. Fairly roomy sites. Main problem was poor drainage after rain. Our site never really dried up in the 5 nights we were there. The bathhouses were clean. The WiFi was slow.

Long Branch SP

Very nice state park. Our site had 30 and 50 amp electric availability. Drinking Water was close by. The bathhouse and bathrooms were clean. Some sites have view of lake. We had a nice paved site and didn?t need any leveling blocks. Lots of hiking trails and swimming.

A nice place to stay in downtown Springfield.

We stayed 3 nights in June and practically had the place to ourselves. Pretty quiet, just your typical city noise. Many of the sites were flat, we didn?t even need blocks, but some are on hills. If you want to camp on a grass site only a fee have full hookups. The bathhouses were only fair and didn?t get cleaned while we were there on a weekend. The host was on vacation.

Not a quite place to stay.

We stayed in this park over the 4th of July weekend. We had reserved a spot in the back of the park away from the pool and playground instead we were in the front of the park right across from the playground. No one bothered to enforce the posted sign that said the campground closes at dusk. Children were playing until at least 10:30 PM. I left the AC on all night to drowned out the noise. We had to leave a day early when my mother passed away. My wife went to the office to let them know we were leaving and before she even asked the clerk said no refunds.

Las Vegas strip

This park is an okay place to set up while visiting Vegas. It is just a big open parking lot with hookups. There weren't even picnic tables outside. The bathrooms were nice and clean.

What a view!

We stated 3 nights in the Fall of 2014. We got a site with a great view of both Lower St Mary lake and St. Mary Lake. The sunsets were beautiful. We couldn't spend much time outside because of the cold wind. We were several hundred feet above the valley with nothing to stop the Northwest wind. We had a pull through and I was glad because it would have been hard to back in with the steep grades.

The staff was very helpful. We did not use the showers but they looked clean.

Glacier in the Fall

We spent 3 nights here in the Fall of 2014. It is a nice park. Well maintained. The bathrooms were clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Gave us directions to a nice supermarket.

I would give it Five stars but there are no trees or shad. I would hate to stay in mid summer. Close to Glacier and near by towns.

The Crown of the Nation

The park is located just outside the entrance of Glacier National Park. There are mountains on two sides of it. The grounds are well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. We needed a grocery store and they suggested a very nice one. The sites are reasonably far a part.
