Great staff, but most sites are very un-level, on a small hill, no room between sites, but as one review said, not much to choose from in this area, it was quiet, no one bothers you, Good laundry, everything else works, anywhere else and forget it !
we do a lot of parks each year as full timers, this rates right up there, immaculate, large sites, well managed, very nice staff, close to everything, worth the bucks !!
Here is the real scoop folks, tons of kids, dogs un-leashed, all hookups in the very rear (bring lots of hose and cable), grass, cheap fire rings, not enough room between sites for your awning, I suspect the owners left the good review, looks good from the front -- oh, tenters with lots of fire smoke to get inside your unit ! For those red necks with kids and dogs !!!
Went ahead and paid for a week, will leave early, this is the biggest junker we have ever seen, we travel extensively most of the year, coast to coast, trashy, real trailer trash red necks here, kids, cats, dogs, loud people, dogs barking, old cars everywhere, never seen anything like it -- go to Dos Rios in Lanthrop
