Date of Stay: December, 2011Rate Paid: $33.00“Quite Hide-a-way” for Rio Vista Mobile Estates
This is basically a mobile home park with a RV section at the end. Sites are paved, but very small.
Date of Stay: December, 2011Rate Paid: $30.00“An Easy Stay” for Pear Tree Motel & RV Resort
For travelers heading north and tired after climbing through the Siskiyous this is a convenient stop right next to I-5 with paved parking sites, full hookups, and free Wi-Fi. The only negative is the proximity to the freeway means extra noise.
Date of Stay: December, 2011Rate Paid: $35.00“Disappointing” for Glenyan RV Park & Campground
We stopped here based on their website. It was disappointing,we did not stay. Filled mostly with perms in broken down RVs.

Date of Stay: November, 2011Rate Paid: $24.00“Too Much Money” for Patrick's Point State Park Campground
33.00 seemed way too much for a tiny site with no hook-ups, so did not stay.

Date of Stay:Rate Paid: $20.00“Convenient” for Bayside RV Park
We stayed here on 10/25/2011. Located right off Hwy 101. All sites are paved. Restaurants are right next door.
Date of Stay:Rate Paid: $24.00“Right Next to the Beach” for Beachfront RV Park
1 out of 1 people found this review helpfulWaves can lull you sleep here on the front side next to the beach. On the back side is a working harbor, which with boats coming and going at all hours can make for an interesting time.
Date of Stay: October, 2011Rate Paid: $21.00“Quiet & Economical” for Humboldt County Fairgrounds Campground
Close enough to walk through the quaint town of Ferndale is the big plus here. A growing number of extened stay sites give an unsavory look to the place, but it is quiet.
