we had a great site just behind the office. We got a site that had cable but found out that it was limited to maybe 9 channels and did not have all major networks. Not what i expected. Wifi was unusable while we were there even though only 50 feet from office. The dog park was a welcome plus but really needs some grass of any kind. Very, very dusty. If you are going to bother to have an off leash area make it appealing.
