My husband and I lived in Mingo RV's other park Apache Pines. We were good residents and had lived there for about 5 months when a man rudely banged on the side of our RV. My husband went out to find out what the problem was and the man told him that he was kicking us out and he blamed it on us being messy. We were so shocked it took awhile to sink in. We were very clean compared to the majority of the other residents. We had some stuff (grill, lawn chairs, etc.) outside but that was about it. A couple days later we were yelled at by another resident that let us know everyone in the park "hated our guts". Very inaccurate because we were friends with many of our neighbors and even had them over multiple times. Living in Apache Pines, which is OWNED by Mingo with the same people running it, was an extremely bad experience and I advise you to not be tempted by the low rates because you will regret it sooner or later.
