Nice place to live.

Park in and of itself is fine. It's centrally located to the bus line, freeways, shopping centers, restaurants and the beach. However, there is a major ant problem that needs to be addressed. I've had to buy insecticides to put in and around my home. While the ants have pretty much been alleviated, I still have a few "scouting" on my kitchen counter.

Management is pretty good, as is the grounds maintenance. The spaces are fairly decent in size, however, there's only room to park one car if you're trailer is short enough. Prior to moving in, I asked repeatedly "what does it cost to move in here?" and was repeatedly told "$600". When I did move in, I was informed there was a $120 rent and key deposit.

Other than the aforementioned problems, it's a great place to live.
