This park is really, really good, except it's not the best for dogs. We usually put out a little fence (x-pen) so our dogs can enjoy outside. Here, no fences are allowed, because they are afraid you will groom a dog and the hair will fly into other campsites. Seems it would be better to ban grooming, not little fences. Otherwise, the park is quiet with nice big lawns and flat, large concrete sites.
This is a pretty nice RV park. We've stayed here many times. It's one of the few, if not only, full hook up big rig friendly parks in the area. I REALLY don't like that they only have a dog park for small (under 25 lbs) dogs. We have two 90 lb. dogs who would love to let them romp, too.
We love this place. I would have given it 5 Stars, except I was informed they do not accept mail for guests. That makes it real hard for full-timers. We have never stayed at a place with such a rule. Otherwise, it's extremely clean, with lots of room between coaches and the pool area very inviting.
It's clean and spaces are big, but ... And it's a big but ... almost the entire place is asphalt. Not good for dogs. If it's hot, the asphalt will burn their feet. So, if you have dog, think twice. There is no grass what-so-ever.
This campground is well maintained with a great staff, but the price just keeps going up. It's the middle of winter, campground half full and they are charging $60, plus $10 tax. VERY noisy. No sleep what-so-ever for $70!!!!
