The store does not have ice as advertised and they have not been able to sell propane for over a year. Forget the tepees for the kids; it’s not there and where they planned to put is backs up to the main road and a trailer park. Plus-bathrooms are clean and park generally quite. Owner ‘s big concern is getting full time residents in his mobile homes and personal rv’s on the sight, including buying another rv while I was there instead of fixing other issues.
