The owners are nice & friendly. The park is OK for the desert (dirt, a little grass, a few pretty plants). Although there are a lot of people living there, we did not hear pickups starting at 5 or 6 am, as we have in other parks.
Be aware, though, that:
(1) They charge extra for paying with a credit card ($3/day!), and
(2) The water is horribly hard & leaves hard water stains on everything. The best idea is to fill up your fresh water tank before arrival.
I believe they also charge extra for 50 amp service. When you call for rates, ask about everything that might be an extra charge.
