Really nice RV park! Lots of family activities over the holiday weekend. Staff was very friendly! Sites a little tricky to set up in-rolling terrain. But all in all a good experience.
Nice large sites but weekend sites do not have much shade. Pool looked great but it was too cool to go swimming during our stay. Weekend children's activities for our 3 & 5 year old grandchildren were a hit. Drawback is that there is no service most of the time for your phone. We also had an encounter with the owner about a guest who decided to stay overnight. Our guest told us they had contacted the office but apparently there was some miscommunication. The owner was very rude and accusatory about this which left us with a bad feeling about this campground. As a result we are not giving them 5 stars.
Lovely campground but somewhat remote. Do not follow your GPS to get here. It lead us down a River road that dead ended and it was very difficult to turn around. Train tracks right by the campground and trains come by quite frequently. Showerhouse was very clean and the camp host was very friendly. Overall we had anice experience.
Nice campground but a lot of extra charges for things like golf ball charges to play at the "free" miniature golf course, tennis ball charges to play tennis, internet charges, etc. Arms of the lake were covered in green algae and looked disgusting. We were here for five days and the games in the game room were not fixed-majority did not work! Even though the weather was warm, the pool was closed and we were charged full price! Concrete spots were nice, but pretty close together. Majority of staff were nice but the young woman who checked us in was not. We were first-time visitors and expected maybe a smile!
Love this campground. Our grandchildren age 4 & 2 loved the children's activities. Showers very clean and modern. Well manicured landscape. Playground great!
