Nice area lots of shade and monthly renters

The park is off the beaten path, park like grounds, with several long term residents, the office is clean and staff very accommodating! road is heavy gravel as are the sites. Their are some sites with grass but in late Oct not much in that area.

The campground is about 1.5 miles of a major, but is nestled up against the highway and road noise can be heard but did not bother.

Showers and restrooms were very clean and free hot showers were welcome! Cable service was excellent with College football in full swing. ESPN and all your networks available. (no box required) WI=FI was free but dial up speed at best. no steaming allowed.

We paid 37.50 a night which is good, there are several more campgrounds on highway 321 15 miles off highway 40 toward Gatlinburg if that is your place of travels

Not bad but not real good

The Best by far!!!!

We have been on the road since April 2014, staying in all types of campgrounds, This is by far the best!

We arrived without a reservation and greeted with a very polite staff member, our rate was 37.00 for FHU on a gravel level site, we had a grass area and gazebo at our site! Walking distance to the clubhouse and pool, had all your amenities. including a free breakfast 0700-0930

Cable TV and Wi-Fi free and the Wi-Fi was strong (no streaming) , All sites are Satellite friendly if you need that.

We stayed at Outdoor resorts in Palm Springs and this was everything they offer and more except for the golf course

Passing thru or long term this place rocks! 7 months on the road and we found a gem!

Location Location Location ......

This campground is located in MD about 45-60 minutes to the Capitol. The campground is large with several pull thru, showers and facility are top notch. Staff are 5 star! Friendly and go out of their way to make your stay memorable!

The down side....wi -fi is great as long as the park is empty. Unable to join their site during the weekend, but lighting fast when campers are light on the weekdays, ATT has 4 bars and LTE service for hot spot use.

There is no cable but local antenna service gets all your networks ( ESPN not included) The pull thru appear to have open area for sat service, but those sites are a premium.

I felt the campground was over priced at 65.00 a night (fall) but you'd never guess that on the weekend ...not one spot available.

The upper campsites are level and have grass and are pull thru but the back in sites are very much need for some attention! we used 8 " of blocks so our stabilizer would reach at full extension. And we in a Class A diesel

The fall here is amazing

3-4 stars

Location seems far from the city but after a few days getting around was very easy . Local town has good restaurants , fuel. Local attractions include public transportation (15 miles) to go to the city, OCC choppers are nearby and a very large outlet center is only 10 miles away!

HIGHLIGHT

You MUST do their bus tour to NYC only 105.PP but narrated by and 80 history buff born and raised in NY!

Includes transportation , walk thru Times Square ground zero, drive around NYC and Liberty and Ellis Island ferry tour no hidden fee!

A parking lot with a view

Traveling across the squads a made an overnight stay, very small spaces my. 38 foot class A barely fit and my toad did nit had to park it else ware. The rate was fare but they charge a daily . fee for your RV and your towing vehicle for out if state 9.00 each a day (18.00 added to the 29.00)
But MI residents ONLY pay 5.00 each per day( you can pay 31.00 each vehicle for annual pass fir ALL state parks)

If your passing through it's pretty expensive for a one night stay for electric only..... Think Wal-mart
