Checked in only to find we were supposed to be at another spot with the other arriving family. We instantly went to the office. Told them we hadn't hooked up yet but needed to stay with our family. We asked for our money back. They refused but gave a voucher to use next time. The next year we pulled in showed the voucher. The mgr said that person had no right to authorize a free stay. We had paid for 2 nights the first time. Went somewhere else when they refused to honor their voucher.
