Remote yet close enough to enjoy surrounding area. Nice, wide spot on the river. Nice showers. Wifi spotty except near the office. AT&T and Verizon non existent till you get near Pagosa. Great owner. Met lots of fun RVers there.
good staff, Dinner sold there if you don't want to cook or go out. Nice wide space, hook ups. Little shade, in close proximity to a very busy railroad track.
