August 2014

Heard tons of great stories about this place. But the play ground is small just like the fitness center. There is a bees nest by the playground so the kids couldn't even use the slides or jungle gym. Sites are well groomed and large for a 37 foot to for with no problem. No poison ivy on these site. Another downfall is after reserving two sites next to each other. We are 3 sites away and the site on between are for seasonals. They should have never booked it this way or at least made an attempt to put us next to each other. There is no one here as it is the end of season. Btw, jacuzzi and hot tub are broken. No eta when they will be fixed. Pretty disappointing

Sun Rv took over this campground in Jan 2013. management is making this a better campground. However. The sites are way too small for a 37 foot fifth wheel. The amount of poison ivy has been growing for years and have not been groomed until we said something. The sites were absolutely flooded with a few inches of water after rain. The sites are not groomed. The staff tries to do their best but blames corporate for everything. Called corporate and call center and no one returned my calls. They obviously don't care. We paid for cable and out sites weren't even setup for cable. Very disappointing. My husband got poison ivy on his legs from hooking up to water. Ridiculous.

Keen lake has always been and still is the best, cleanest, kid friendly campground. Pool is heated and clean. Lake is nice with beach for kids to play in. Sites are spacious. There was a lot of poison ivy in each site. The playground and basketball court were clean otherwise. Can't wait to go back.
