Small park but the sites are big. I like that they have pads for parking on and grass in between all the sites. I spent the entire summer at the park. Our last park did not have grass so we tracked a lot of mud into the rig.
The club and bathrooms are always clean and they do a great job of keeping the grounds picked and up and groomed. No pool or playground. More of a retirement park - that a family with kids park.
We really liked all the folks we meant there --- from other RVer's to the manager.
