Stayed here for a week in 2011. Had the best time we stayed in a 5th wheel, and made certain to stay for the Saturday night entertainment put on by the camp hosts and smoked salmon BBQ fresh from the Klamath River. And we've been wanting to return ever since, I think we will this year.
Peaceful park, right on the river, not fancy but very relaxing. Close to shopping just over the bridge and also close to Redding Dark Park if you have your fur baby's. No cable tv, but there is wifi. But who needs all that when your not far from Burney Falls and Lassen Volcanic National Park. Would stay here again reasonable rates and friendly staff.
Lovely park right on the greenbelt, so if you like a nice walk bike ride or stroke with you pooch, head west on the path for the better paved part. Park was clean well kept, staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to walmart, pastry perfection, and a hop skip and a jump from westside drive in on state st downtown. We stayed here a week.
Lovely place to stop, was very clean, very nice helpful staff, laundry facilities, bathrooms, pool clubhouse were all very clean. Have a spa I wish I had gotten a chance to use. Very quiet park, has a selection of larger spots. Only bad thing I can say was the wifi was terrible and I could never get anything to load on my iPad. But I would still stay here again.
Very friendly park, we stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. Even thou your right under the flight path of both airports, it wasn't bad, we really liked this park. Would stay here again, it's close to the falls, and to shopping.
If you love and enjoy camping this is NOT the park for you. If you have dogs this is NOT the park for you. If you like to smile this is NOT the park for you. Rude women staff member, won't ever stay here again. And they only accept CASH! No BBQ allowed, insane mosquito problem. Stay at the KOA if your smart!
Always friendly, and fresh cookies daily in the office. we've stayed here twice on our way thru Oregon. It's a very peaceful park, lovely river on one side, friendly staff, defiantly a dog friendly park. Lots of trees which we love, close to Fred Meyer and les Schwab. Also good wifi. We will defiantly be stopping here again on any future Oregon trips. :-)
