Right on Mission Bay. Paved sites, gated park with 24 hour security guards. Not enough sites to accommodate bigger rigs, we only got to use 2 of our 4 days with Passport America. restrooms and showers a bit "rustic" but clean. Sites are lined up like cord wood. Dog fee is a bit high (1 time fee $5 per pet). Price reflects PA discount, taxes and dogs.
Gravel sites w/concrete patios, tight spacing, next to Hwy 8(EXTREMELY busy frwy). Landscaping interferes with sewer hookups and trees cause brush scratches to rigs. Passport America participant. Price reflects daily + tax + dog fees.
Mostly full time residents, not a real social atmosphere. Close quarters, some eyesore units, basically a parking spot with FHU, not worth $23/nite. Trains ran all night, with horns. Close to major shopping and Brazos Bend SP.
