Old and very small

I would not say this is big rig friendly. The turns on the streets are very tight and require multiple cuts. Even trailer have a hard time navigating this park. The beach is nice. I won't be back.

Spacious and well maintained

This is a beautiful and well maintained resort. All paved roads, easily maneuvered in 45' bus with tow. Cement pads, gravel drive, fire rings and lake views. Boat ramp puts you right in the Peace River for fossil digging or a quick trip to the Gulf. Clean dog park. Everything was wonderful. Very close to I-75, but still in the country. Can't wait to return!

Friendly, clean, accessible

Stopped for one night and was greeted by Jim who led us to our spot in the dark. We have a 45' bus and he thought it would be tight, but we got in without issue. They alternate the pull thru sites' directions so you have a nice long spot. Everyone was very friendly and the resort was well maintained. Grass packed sites, need a rug outside to trap your grassy shoe dirt. Easy to get to off if I-75, big, wide turn-in.

Tight turns, but beautiful

Very pretty park with nice, terraced spots. The turns are sharp and steep for a 45' towing. Easy access off of highway. Wifi and cable functional. Friendly staff. Gorgeous scenery. Good Sam discount.

One more thing...

I forgot to mention how friendly the staff is and that there is free, strong wi-fi.

Off of I-40, okay for a night

Gated entry. Pull thru sights accommodate 45' bus with car in tow. Simple and has the basics like 50-amp and sewer. Not exactly fancy, no recreation, but a good stop over for a night.

Nice overnight stop, easy access to I-40

Easy to get in and out of. Level, gravel spots with 50 amp and sewer. Park is adding more slots. Had pull thru pots that easily maneuvered with a 45' bus with a car en tow. Very friendly owner. Can pay cash at park or use cc at the Ole Sawmill Cafe. Pizza, grocery, buffet at the Cafe and McDonalds all walking distance. Didn't hear and road noise.

Nice park, convenient to I-95

Nice park with a pool and amenities. The streets are a little tight with a 45', but doable. We had a pull thru spot. The concrete pad was narrow, but sufficient. Nice people and easy reservation.
It's close to the highway which is convenient, but there is some road noise. Didn't bother us, though.

Best for 5th wheel and trailers. On the water!

Nice park, however over time it has become too small for big rigs. If you can get a spot on the water, it's beautiful. However, they will not guarantee you a water spot, even if they tell you that on the phone. We requested a water spot with a dock and specifically told them we would being a boat and a 45' rv. The inside spot was not large enough for the coach and boat together. These are privately owned spots that the rent out, our neighbors were jerks about their property line and the only place we had to park our boat on the trailer.
It's very pretty, but owners can be cranky and they don't guarantee spot type upon reservation. Would not recommend a big rig here. Corners are tight and they have coral rock along a lot of the turns.
Great for 5th wheels. Great fishing.
