Nice park, no sewer

This is a city park with camping. It's on the honor system. They just ask for a donation, we left $30. Sites are level with water and 50 amp power. There are clean bathrooms but no showers. Pull through sites and suitable for big rigs. There is a large dog park and a disc golf course. Nice quiet place for the night.

Small and quiet

We stayed here one night. $28 for full hookups, 50 amp power. There were showers and bathrooms, we did not use them. They had back ins and pull throughs, we are at 38 ft fifth wheel pulling a 16 ft cargo trailer. Good for big rigs too. Pet friendly, they didn't blink an eye or charge extra for our three dogs and four kids. It's run down but everything we used worked well. The manager was very nice and helpful.

Clean and friendly

We stayed here one night. We are very long, dually crew cab, 35 ft fifth wheel and a trailer behind that, but we had plenty of room. We did have to sign a waiver because we have a Rottweiler puppy. I told them my mini schnauzer is a much more dangerous dog. They have a small fenced potty area that was nice. The pool is small but the kids enjoyed it and the small playground. Showers were clean with a nice shelf for toiletries and several hooks and a stool for towels & clothes. We would stay here again.

No cable/wifi at rec

I forgot to mention in my review that it is $60 day plus 12% tax. It's a bit steep for no cable and only wifi in the rec areas. The wifi also cannot be used to watch videos.

Quaint but older

This park has sandy roads with grass lots. The spaces are good sized with plenty of room for a vehicle and your awning. The roads are pretty bumpy. They do have a pool but we didn't use it. There are some swings, shuffle board, bouls area and a dog walk as well. We had planned to stay here for a 3 weeks but moved due to the added $7.50 per child per day fee. We have four kids, that adds up quickly. They also charge for electric. They were nice and waived the child fees the three days we were here. Turns are a bit small if you also have a tow trailer or vehicle. The water tastes rather like old pool water, we didn't use it for cooking or drinking. It has a bit of an iron taste to it as well. It's only a few miles to everything you would need in Titusville.

Older but still fun

We have stayed here two different times. Be prepared for no phone service, TV or Internet. They offer wifi at the office area but it is unreliable. They also have fishing, tubing, bike rental, mini golf and paddle boats. There is a good restaurant on site, a game room and a small store. There are street dances three times a week as well. All employees seem to be retirees who work for room and board. Most are very nice but there are also a few grumpies who are not good with children or the public. Sites can be crowded, especially for motor homes and longer rvs. Most sites are 30 amp but some are 15. There are bears that come into camp nearly every night to get in the garbage. The park does nothing to keep garbage away from bears, no bear proof trash cans or dumpsters. One bear had to be killed while we were there. The park is for sale so they have been doing a few improvements, like new picnic tables. I am told by other campers who have been coming 30+ years that these are the first new things they have ever seen. A nice place but high rent for no wifi or cable and only 30 amp power.

Basic

The park is basic and run down. We paid $240 for a week. The drive to get in is very steep, the back of our 40 ft fifth wheel almost dragged. The wifi worked for about 30 minutes two times and never again. There are several long term and a few pull throughs. No laundry or bath house. Ok for a day or two but expensive for what you get.

Sufficient not fancy

We stayed here for a week. They have a laundry and large showers. The wifi is spotty and in not dependable. Cable works well and has a good selection. They do not allow anything outside so be prepared for a visit from the grumpy owner if you are air drying anything. Spaces are long and pretty level with 30 or 50 amp power, water and sewer. Most residents seem long term but the park is kept clean and is quiet.

Friendly, spacious and great wifi

We stayed here four nights. The wifi works great and the park is neatly kept. The pool was not open but they were cleaning and filling it while we were here. The new owners are energetic about fixing the place up and very friendly. The women's restroom and lounge area were being remodeled but showers were still available at certain times of the day. The laundry is clean and works well. There were terrible storms with lots of flooding while we here but due to the excellent drainage system we were safe if a little soggy. The grassy areas were spongy but the roads stayed firm and easily drivable. We will definitely stay here again.

Clean but poor wifi and a cold pool

We stayed here for a month. The park is kept clean but the wifi doesn't work unless you are one of the lucky few close to a router. The pool is very cold, even on a warm day. They can hear it but don't. Also we stayed two days longer than the month and they charged us the daily rate instead of prorating the two days.
