I'm new to rving. This was my first stay at a park and it was nice. Everybody was friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were nice the laundry room was very good they had new top of the line washer and dryer. I was there 6 weeks and I liked I'd go back. O the Internet sucked but the week after I left they changed it to a better one that while I was there you had to pay $40 a mth or $5 a day. Hope this helps.
