Nice and pretty campground in beautiful nature. Yet it's close to the city. You hear more than airplanes in fact (cars, honking trains...) but it's not so loud to become disturbing.
We used the BART in Castro Valley to get to the city. All in all takes you about 45-50 minutes.
There are a few full hook up sites and many standard sites. The showers are very nice and clean.
