This is a small park with paved roads and concrete sites. It was very clean and well-maintained and quiet. We stayed here about a week and would definitely return. No, there is no cable TV and you have to take your trash to the dumpster, but it's a short walk and we certainly can live w/o cable. We were quite comfortable here.
