Needs improvement

Stayed here for a week in a 40 ft Rv. Place was packed- I guess we got lucky to get here for fishing opening. The spaces are very tight. I assume it's an older park & not really set up for larger rv's. The park is quiet & well maintained. The bathrooms & showers are nice. Once the weekend fishing groups left it didn't feel so congested. The spaces are gravel& pretty level. The rain makes it pretty messy. My real dissatisfaction is the cost. We paid 47.00 a night for a water/ elec only site. They charge extra for a pet. The pool wasn't open. They charge extra for a pull through. This is in spite of the rows being so close we could never have backed in to the spaces. They don't give any discounts. We have stayed at a lot of much nicer parks that cost quite a bit less. We will plan more next time & stay at a different park.

RELAXING!

We have stayed here a couple of times. The park is well maintained. The staff is always efficient & nice. Checking us simple. With Senior Pass it is quite affordable.

Nice & noisy!!!

Beautiful park right of the 20 E. except for the constant traffic noise this is a great park. The people are friendly, the spaces are long & wide. There is a concrete space to park. Grass is nice. We are in a 40 ft Rv & towing Did not have to unhook.

Chooo Chooo!!

Stayed here for three nights while exploring the Portland area. Close to the beautiful waterfalls , about an hour from downtown. Park is very quiet- except for the trains that run at night. These didn't bother me but I can understand how they might keep you awake. Older park but nice & comfortable. Lots of trees. Nice space between pads.

Great stay

Park is very quiet & spaces are plenty wide for our 50 ft rv with 4 slides. It is very close to Main Street & attractions. Looks like lots of residents here. They advertise cable but don't have it. You need a digital box & they don't provide it. Otherwise I'd give it a 5 star. Staff very nice. Would stay again.

Overnight ok

Stayed here overnight while heading west. Park is very clean & quiet. The manager was very nice & friendly. If you see in a smaller motor home this place is fine. We are in a 40 ft class a & spaces were very tight. For this reason we won't stop there again. They say they have cable but they don't. The only stations we got on antenna were in Spanish. Park is mostly residents & mostly park models. If you don't want tv & are shorter it's a good stopover

Mixed

Wanted to see Dodge City so this is really the best we saw in area. Lots were level & spaced nicely. Was very quiet since it is just opening for the season. The wireless was good. There is no cable although the info said there was. Thought it was a bit pricey but if you don't have an alternate it works! We are in a 40 ft motorhome. Paid $36.00

Pay for location!!

If you want to be on the beach you will tolerate the REALLY close spaces which are really not large enough for today's rvs. You can barely park your car in the restricted space. The hosts are extremely diligent in making sure you comply!!! You do have water & elec. There is a dump site. The rates are rather high. We paid $50.00 which is an off season rate. The gates close at 7 pm so you have to pay attention or you will be locked out.... Or guests locked in! The area is clean & quiet. There is traffic noise if you are parked in the rear rows. Would only stay here again if we had friends visiting who want to be here!!!

Nice---pricey!!! DIRECTIONS WRONG!!

2nd visit here. Convenient on our Route. Spaces are pretty level & nice sized. Cable is ok as the wi-fi. They are a bit pricey. They add on costs for the services. Not sure why they can't correct the directions. Call them & get correct directions or you end up way off route-- at least with Appe maps. We paid $38.00 with discount & no sewer. Otherwise would rate higher

Peaceful

Needed to stop for a a night. I usually check out other parks since KOA seems a bit higher than other places-- e en with the discount. In this area this one seemed the best. Glad we stopped. It is a really nice park. Lots if trees & spaces are nicely spaced for privacy. We have good cable & wi-fi. We will stay here again on our way home! Park has lots of stuff we aren't using but kids would love. The owners are very nice. No complaints now. Hubby is a bit concerned about dumping in the morning. Has never seen water so close to top--- we'll see in the morning. Recommend this park. in a 40 ft rv.
