Edgewater used to be a really nice and clean rv resort now it's run down, overgrown and has become a trailer park with people living onsite for over a year. We had reservation for site 40 it smell of sewage and was like having an ash tray under your nose due to people living in the site next to it using the firepit for cig. butts it was so bad you could not open your windows we had to ask to be moved to another site. Concrete fence around the perimeter is in need of repair before it falls on someone. The entire park is in dire need of qualified maintenance other than senior citizen
