Friendly staff and nice clean park with all of the amenities. Spaces were a bit close together, but perfect for our one night stay on our way to Montana. It was also close to stores and eateries.
A place to stay over night if it's the only one available. It had recently rained, so it was wet and muddy. We didn't hook up water, the connection was under water and didn't want to put my clean hose in the dirty water, so we ended up only using their electricity. Only two restrooms and showers available. (One for women, one for men) however shower was won wonderful, almost Iike being in a hotel!
And They did have free washer/dryers!
This is our third time staying here. It's clean, reasonably priced, friendly, and has free wifi at building, which can be used anytime, 24 hour laundromat, clean showers, tennis courts, swimming pool, billiards, horseshoes and full hookups. The 55+ only park has a lot of great planned activities for winter Texans and for the full time residents that live there.
It does not not a lot of trees, but I recommend this park for accessibility and a full service park!
