Trailer park not campground

This place could be beautiful but the permanent residents, the majority don't care how it looks, seek to have taken over and campground rules are not enforced.. There appears to be no guidelines or restrictions for them. Campers had 2-3 porches, enclosed porches and then screened in porch or decks connected to the camper. Many were very run down along with the trash, rusty grills broken down golf carts etc sitting on their and other lots. Sandy and uneven spaces and roads. Be prepared to stack wood to get level or bury you hitch in some spots. Forget full hookups, water and power are available, sewage mostly taken by permanent residents looking at the map and condition of sites, fenced in and add ons, in the full hookup section. No 50 amp sites in the campground. Forget about swimming in the pool. Hours are not posted but around 6 it is padlocked closed on the weekends opening time varies. Weekdays it does not appear to be open. The water is green and has a thick sandy bottom. Be prepared to clean your site on arrival, including taking down homemade fire pits that may sit in the middle of your assigned space. Bones from cookouts are tossed along the roads as well as along the beach. There may also be vehicles parked or boats etc also in open spaces and the owners not at the campground. Dogs are jot always on a leash nor supervised. Stray cats roam free.
