It is a great place to stay. There are boat slips, swimming pool, community center and other amenities.
I stay with my parents there when they come down to Fla from Ga. This place is quiet and secluded, clean and nice. I know my parents rent their lot for around $35 per night or $200 for a week or probably $500 for a month. This place is perfect to get away and have access to the St. Johns river.
