Was a tennant for 6 weeks. Spaces were plentiful and was very quite. Real friendly people. Prices were reasonable too for the area with oil field workers. Although the north end where I parked had crushed asphalt and was rather new, shade was non existent just planted saplings, welcome to west Texas. There are several Rv parks in the area and none that I've seen had shade either and all of them just had coliche as a base for the pads.
