This is an older, well maintained park. The residents are friendly and snowbirds were plentiful. Definitely affordable. Down side is the area surrounding the park is a little dicey and thus the siren noise made me crazy. Also the pool temperature is not kept up. 80 and below were common over the winter. Prices are inclusive of $100.00 of electric. But I understand they are going up. We've been here 6 months.
