The rv park won't let you stay if you don't have a truck or car or they have say you can't have r small dogs under 30 lbs but allows pits bulls the bathroom are run down the laundry room is just as bad with I my one working dryer .and can't stay monthly unless you have a nice trailer but alot of run down trailers are in the park.I would never tell anyone to stay in rv spot only one power outlet for two sites
