This is a parking lot, not an RV park

We called and were quoted $250 per week. When we drove by to take a look we discovered this is just a parking lot with RV's squeezed in so tight it's amazing anyone can open their doors. We decided not to stay here.

I really enjoyed this place!

The good: We stayed right on the river watching boats and personal water craft go by all weekend. Saw some wake boarders doing tricks/stunts, a diverse crowd of friendly people. The restrooms were not as clean as I would like them, but I loved showering right next to the river!!

The bad: No Internet! This is unforgivable. Internet access is so cheap these days, how could you neglect this important feature?? The bathrooms are dirty, but on a holiday weekend, what do you expect? The facilities are in poor repair. No windows in the bathrooms! Amazing view, wasted and no ventilation....

The ugly: Some people allowed their dogs to wander around off leash, and they charge you to have visitors during your stay.

Overall, I liked it and will stay here again when I'm in town during the summer months only.

I really like this park!

We ended up making last minute reservations here when another park in the area screwed us over. We didn't know what we were getting into, but we were just glad to have reservations somewhere nearby.

I really liked it here. Yes it's noisy, yes it's all concrete, but the bathrooms are excellent! The hot tub and pool are really nice too.

The bathrooms are clean and useful. they are single person bathrooms with toilet, sink, mirror, and shower. I would have liked more hooks to hang towels and clothes on. They should install heaters in the bathrooms, they should install more flowers and shrubs. There is lots of shade trees, and it's in a great location. We will stay here again for sure!

They screwed up my reservation

They screwed up my reservation, claimed I didn't have one, and left us without a place to stay. We were very lucky to get into another RV park in Anaheim. Of course, they blamed me for it and totally washed their hands of my problem of needing a place to stay.

Manager is a jerk, other than that, great place

We stayed here for about a week, and aside from som jerk who said he was the property manager coming by to harass me in the middle of the night, and walking right through people's campsites (right along their RV) in the middle of the night, the place was great. The showers are a little small, but the place is clean and well kept, and the girls who work in the office are great.

If you stay along the fence and the small creek, the neighbors on the other side of the fence make quite a bit of noise, and the RV park really can't do anything about that, so if that might bother you, try to stay on the other side of the park.

IMO, site 31 is the best in the park.

Sounds like it's getting better

We have not stayed here yet. I called and spoke with her on the phone today. She said there is no hot tub, but the pool is going down soon for construction, will be down for two months, and when it comes back up they'll have a hot tub also. She said they accept dogs.

Definately planning to stay here after the pool/hot tub re-opens.

Staff was so helpful!

We stayed in site 1. That and site 2 are best if you have young children, as you can see and hear the playground from those campsites.

If you don't have kids traveling with you, sites 102-106 are best because they are about as far away from the kid areas that you can get, and they are along the pond, beautiful scenery.

If you're headed here through Atwater on hwy 120, there is a shopping center that has everything you might need located at 1000 Commerce Ave, Atwater, CA 95301. There is a Walmart Supercenter, Target, Big 5, Tractor Supply, and O'Reilly Auto Parts, all in the same shopping center, about an hour or so away from the campground.

I really appreciated how helpful the staff was when we had a problem during our stay. They were far more helpful than I expected.

We will stay here again when in the area next time.
