Great welcome shame the Wi-fi isn?t as good the restaurant and beer garden is fab, prices very fair as is the service.
This place was nice very clean bathrooms good size pool and a casino and bar right there
Great price. Reasonable facilities. Dog areas. Clean pool and laundry.
Right under fighter jets all day long, so noisy daytime.
Sort of in the barrio at the northern end of town
Professional people in the office. Gated park. Great restaurant with great steaks and reasonably priced! Park is a little tight to maneuver in but we made it with our 40' r and toad car.
ideal initially relaxing, very beautiful and clean Sanitary installations, at 45 C super pool, but we had training day for jets of Nelly AFB because it can also be really loud at night but all was quiet, the bus stop in the vicinity (if you on the stripe liked) and already on the way to Zion NP located (walmart is close)
This is a great RV park to stay in especially if you are driving through Las Vegas and don't want to be on the strip. The facilities are all very clean. The sites are level. There is cable, WiFi, laundry and even a very clean pool. It is gated and secure. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We were glad we found this place. I would highly recommend The Hitching Post. It is a Good Sam's park.
We stayed for a week to visit grinds in Vegas. The sites are big. The back ins have enough room that our motorhome, car and my daughters car could easily fit side by side. The bathrooms and showers are very well maintained and at least as nice as Disney! Huge salt water pool that is very clean and no burning eyes from chlorine. Fitness room is well equipped. And the restaurant food was outstanding. Good cable and wifi. Very secure, gated and cameras.
I don't know if the previous poster even stayed here because he/she had marked "Yes" for Clubhouse, Golf, Playground, Sports Field and horseshoes when none of these are present at this park. It does have immaculate restrooms, laundry, and pool and a great exercise room that has just about anything you'd need to stay in shape while here. It's about 5 miles to downtown Las Vegas yet you don't have all that tourist traffic. There is a bus stop right across the street to take you to the sights and sounds of The Strip. Walmart is about 2 miles away. There is a lot to see and do while in the area (check out the casino buffets!). There is one drawback to the Hitchin' Post RV Park...the jets at Nellis AFB fly right overhead on takeoff and landings so it can be VERY noisy at times. Nights, though, are quiet. 3 dog runs, a putting green, dog wash, and very clean pool complete the amenities. There is a bar/restaurant on site but we've not eaten there. Close to the Las Vegas NASCAR track, too. We usually stay for several months so don't know what the daily rate is.
Not paved, dirty park, restroom are clean, staff are friendly, no amenities here, I won't stay here again.
