I have family in the Newport News area. When I visit I stay for weeks at a time. My son and I drove through this park to see what it had to offer. It was terrible. Filthy, trash everywhere, mobile homes and RVs in deplorable condition, muddy roads, looked like a combination of a crime scene and a war zone. It looked very unsafe. I wouldn't recommend this place if you paid me!
