You can tell this place used to be amazing. Not anymore. Run down buildings, dilapidated playground, pack of resident dogs roam freely and NOONE around at all. Water/power/sewer worked as it should. We simply did a quick overnight. We couldn't bring our dogs outside due to the resident dogs hovering by our door. We were afraid of an unintentional dog fight etc. almost all the sites were taken by full time resident workers in the area.
