Quiet and peaceful

Very nice quiet smaller park. Stayed overnight while passing through. The only pull through spot #22 doesn?t have sewer, only electric and water. Laundry, showers, restrooms on site. Office is not staffed regularly. Cash or check.

Avoid ?houston st? if your gps takes you that way. Its worse than an old cobblestone road. Surprised I didn?t lose an axle on that.

Average

$150/week rate plus tax. Utilities all work well, concrete slabs are level. Crammed in for sure. Have to park my 1500 in the spot next store. Big rigs should avoid, or call ahead as most of the larger spots are in front and filled. My 19 ft trailer fits comfortably in the spot, but anything bigger than 25 would be a chore to maneuver. Has on site laundry and machines are newer. Owner stopped by to say hello and welcome me. Nice guy. Has wifi, but i am not using it. Full Verizon and t-mobil service. Nothing fancy here, but it works for visiting. Will stay again if i come back through.

Quiet and peaceful

Very quiet, quite peaceful place to overnight. Full hookups, but water pressure on my site is non existent. Gravel lots, road coming in is dirt and quite bumpy. Close to the highway, nice country spot. Would stay longer than a night if there was a better site with more water pressure. Did not feel like looking for one.

Very nice but pricey

Very nice park. Gravel lots. No laundry or showers. Owners and officer staff are great. Stayed in a standard lot for 2 months, jan 2018-march 2018. Had no problems what so ever. Really nice walking path around the lake. Pet friendly. Will stay again for sure
