This is a permanent RV site Campground and the owners are scam artists and find nothing wrong with collecting two 1 year leases on the same site from two separate people if you happen to rent out your trailer for any unforeseeable reason.
They will also terminate a lease with no refund of any months not used. They charge $2,400 a year and have no additional facilities like laundry, camp store, washrooms, etc. except to sell produce they raise from their own farm. They are also nasty people to deal with. This is the last place you want to put your trailer. They also claim to be Christians.. They are not. Kenneth and Kathryn Jenright are the owners. Nasty people. Then again, in a free country that's just my right to express my opinion. Heaven forbid you have to make that judgement yourself.
I even hesitated to give them even One Star.
