This is a very nice ?snowbird? community and the people are very friendly and very helpful. Make sure that if you have never been there you use their map to find the best place for your rig! I failed to do this properly and it was a trick getting our rig in the spot. Lots of amenities on site!
We stayed in the ?upper? CG (can?t remember the name) and it was all wooded and very peaceful except for the sunup to sundown skeet range that is right below the CG. We chose this site over the bottom one because of very little shade depending on where your spot was. We had a great spot that had plenty of shade. If you stay for an extended time make sure you have a way to get a weed eater or lawnmower because the staff does not mow the grass in the park. Everywhere around it is mowed! Staff at check in is very friendly and helpful.
This was an overnight stop for us. The roads and site are gravel but very well maintained. Full hookups and very helpful staff. We pulled into a 30 amp site and I tested the voltage before I hooked up and it was reverse polarity so I called the site manager and he moved me to the next spot which was 50 amp at no extra charge and the next day had an electrician show up to fix the problem. We will visit this site again.
We stayed here during the covered bridges festival and got lucky to find a spot with a late reservation. Some spots are gravel and slope to the rear and others are either asphalt or concrete. Only electrical but water is onsite to fill up prior to getting to your site. There is also a dump station on site. People are friendly and it is very quiet and peaceful.
We stayed here towards the end of their season and there were a lot of spaces to choose from. Wide open with little shade. Quiet area. There is only water and electric but a dump station is on site. Very friendly and helpful staff on hand. We will be staying here again in the near future.
Very quiet and peaceful place to stay. Right off the highway. Has 3 pull through sites at the back with full hookups. We choose this place every time we come through over all the others.
