Strange place
I was curious as to why this place looked so run down being a premium spot for visitors to Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks. From what I could find on the web, it is transferring ownership, the previous owner died. It looks like it was full of mobile homes in it's hey day with a few RV sites in front. As of April 2014, there are approx. 8 mobile home occupants with many VERY trashed, with barking dogs chained up outside. A few RV'rs passed through over our 4 days, but it's very disturbing to see abandoned trashed mobile homes scattered on the beautiful 44 acres. This place could/should be an outstanding campground. Hopefully the new owners will get it back on track.
FYI- Laundry, showers and restroom are out of order.

Thank you so much for your feedback! We have separated the RV park and added new shower, bathroom and laundry. We hope RVer will enjoy the large space, WiFi and being so close to the nature!
