Twin Palms RV park in Rio Hondo Texas, has the most friendly wonderful manager, Patti. and it’s an amazing place to spend the winter, it’s in a small town, with everything that you need within walking distance, market, bank, post office, dollar store, we had a wonderful time, and met same wonderful new friends, and we will definitely be coming back here again next winter, they have a very nice clubhouse for activities, pot luck dinners, coffee in the mornings. and it’s pet friendly with its own dog park. And if you are more adventurous you can go to south Padre Island for the day and have a great seafood dinner, or go to Mexico for lunch or dinner, it’s all very conveniently located near Twin Palms.
We have tried many different locations over the years, but this park was as close to feeling at home as we could hope for.
