Lake view spots are spacious and well maintained. Fair distance to the beach. Staff was friendly. Will come back again with a kayak.

Beautiful site, friendly staff, clean facilities in good repair. Highly recommended. Two negatives and an observation:
1) The shared dump station is VERY slow to drain. It took over 30 minutes to dump tanks. Also, the drain is set into a 2 foot deep vault, difficult to access.
2) While I prefer to always arrive during daylight, this time I did not. The road lighting inside the park is non-existent, making it impossible to see THE ROAD, let alone the large boulders placed here and there on corners. Crunch...
3) Observation: ATT cel service is spotty here at best. Not the campgrounds fault (get with it ATT) and some would consider that a bonus :)

Will take the family here again (but will arrive well before dark!)

“Great Beach Campground, beach itself not so great...” for South Carlsbad State Beach Campground

This park has fantastic view spaces located on a bluff above the beach. Spaces are large with table and fire rings. Bathrooms were clean and the people camping here were respectful. Downside: the beach itself has suffered, as many CA beaches have, from storm erosion. There is very little beach to speak of at high tide. There are several staircases that descend from the campground to the beach, at least 2 of them are out of commission. Unfortunately CA state beaches are on the decline... Also, not cheap!

“Good place to stay if you're visiting Disneyland” for Anaheim RV Village

Park was clean and well managed. We were escorted to our site (one of the "Premium Pull-Throughs" as all others were booked). We also purchased propane (price was high but access was easy). All hookups were in good condition. Water had a strong chlorine smell. Wi-Fi was good, though signal was a bit weak. The park is within reasonable walking distance of Disneyland. The ART (Anaheim Resort Transit) stop is across the street at America's Best Value Inn and services Disneyland, Anaheim GardenWalk and several other places within Anaheim. Purchase ART passes online (http://www.rideart.org/) before going to the park as the nearest kiosk for purchase is at Disneyland (they don't sell the passes at the RV park). There is a Self Service RV Wash available, along with a heated pool, camp store, very minimal arcade and small pet park. All were clean and well maintained. Overall a good place to land when visiting Disneyland.

Great beach campground with easy access. Stayed in site 58, which is a pull through. Had plenty of room. Campground was well kept with maintenance people in clear view. Only minor bummer was the new "surf berm" that was apparently put in place due to a high swell that swamped some campsites. It blocked the view of the ocean.

Great park. Stayed in site 67, which is a deluxe pull through site, full hookups, with concrete and a grass area on the side of the rig. Close to the office and pool. We were down in the lower part of the park, so it was quieter than the upper section which borders Route 46. The park was spotless and well run. The Ravine water park is within easy walking distance from the park and is a great place to visit with the kids. The Ravine water park is a seasonal park, so call before you go if you intend to use the water park. We didn't have an opportunity to do any wine tasting tours as we were in town for a wedding, however the park is very close to numerous winery's and and we saw several different tour companies coming through to pick up and drop off. The area is beautiful and I'd recommend a trip up the Silver Horse Winery for the scenery (the wine is great too, had a wonderful Cabernet at the wedding). We will be back. We camped here in a Motorhome.
