This park is occupied for the most part by permanent residents w/piles of junk around their units. The sites are highly uneven gravel and stacked one upon another. Though they claim to have grass and trees both are hard to find. As is typical of many parks today they claim to have WIFI, but it only worked intermittently. Restrooms were clean, but that is about the only thing positive one could say about the place.
