Nice landing for our "plan B"

We recently traveled several hours for our Gulf Coast vacation, during which we were supposed to camp near the beach. Upon arrival there had been torrential downpours and record rainfall, causing the park we were heading to to close. Our GPS suggested a couple of parks. The first one I called was $60/night. Jellystone was $30/night. The park is family owned and operated and they went out of their way to accommodate us and were very eager to help us make the best of our plan B. This is a very clean campground. There are some permanent sites, which I don't like; however the free wireless internet and entertainment for the kids more than made up for that. $30/night included water, electric and sewer hook up on a pull through site. The laundry room was also clean and reasonably priced. Yogi stopped to see the kids shortly after we arrived. I would certainly recommend this park to anyone for a night or longer. Free pool and nice, clean playground was also greatly appreciated. There is also an arcade for older kids. One downfall was that there was no change machine in the laundry or arcade, so after hours laundry is difficult if you don't have a supply of quarters. Overall a good experience.
