Visited in Mid March 2012. Quiet park. Tight spaces. Many permanent residents. No cable. No WiFi. 30 power. The city water is harsh (ok for showers ... but bring your own water for drinking and cooking). Very nice management folks. A short walk over a small overpass to get to the Cayucos shops and pier. The fish were not biting (surf casting/pier fishing) ... but the walk along the beach and the sunset was very nice.
