Older park nice people there except the owner, deposits for holding sites are not returned even when you show up and it is a large deposit owner said you do not get it back no contract signed to stay any amount of time.[guess that's how he makes money taking what is not his] Electric is bad kept throwing our breakers could not even make coffee with TV on, my computer not working correctly because of breaker snapping so often and when I brought up problem of power it was ignored, we were not the only ones with this problem. Park also a bit dirty leaves twigs bird poop. Great sunsets but definitely does not override the many problems would not recommend this park at all
